I have been fortunate to be able to travel all over the world throughout my life. Living in South Korea as a child, road tripping across the continental US with friends, touring Canada and England with my high school band, soaring over the Hawaiian Islands in a helicopter with my family, exploring the ruins of Ephesus in Turkey, watching grey whales breach in Mexico, cruising through the Caribbean, or snorkeling in the Virgin Islands, I know that I have only scratched the surface of what the world has to offer. In my opinion, time and money spend traveling is never, ever wasted.

I take a lot of pictures while on my travels, and usually like to write a few summaries about my experiences to share with others. My hope is that I might encourage someone to explore a part of the world that I have visited through these pictures and stories. Call it a lifelong dream of becoming a travel writer, I hope you enjoy the photographs and summaries that I post here in addition to the music and teacher-talk.
